Meghan has been teaching yoga since 2000. She is guided by Swami Sivananda’s message: Serve, Love, Give, Purify, Meditate, Realize. Her open level classes rest upon the foundation of asana, pranayama and relaxation. Meghan interweaves subtle body awareness and yoga philosophy into her classes in order to aid the student to maintain their focus deepening the benefits of their practice.

Private Sessions

Students come to all level classes with a variety of experiences and expectations. This can leave the beginning student feeling intimidated or overwhelmed. On the other hand, the seasoned practitioner may be craving a deeper experience that one can generally find by developing a home practice.

Private lessons enable the beginner through the experienced practitioner to tailor their practice to their specific needs. The knowledge gained through private lessons will help the practitioner to avoid injury in open classes while expanding and deepening their yogic experience.
